The story started in Europe almost twenty years ago: Too many people, too little land and a monumental, rapidly growing, waste problem. Continuing to bury waste in landfills was no longer possible, and innovative solutions were desperately needed. A solution had to be found. Today, Europe has addressed the waste problem and Sanciflex is proud to be part of that solution.

The problem relating to the handling of waste in the United States has reached a critical stage and Sanciflex offers what could arguably described as the most technologically advanced waste handling system available today. The Sanciflex solution has its origins in Sweden, and offers a patented, environmentally sound, holistic, and highly profitable solution to today’s Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) problem.

Our extensive experience and innovation in the field of waste management ensures quality and reliability. We combine existing technology for separation with our patented process for separation and sanitization to provide our customers a solution that saves time, money and is environmental friendly.

It works like this: The refuse removal truck still collects the MSW at your house and transports it to the SANCIFLEX facility where the MSW is processed immediately. The SANCIFLEX process recycles approximately 95% of the total MSW and the remaining 5% will be disposed of. Of the 95%, approximately 60% consists of traditionally “recyclable materials” such as aluminum, ferrous, non-ferrous, glass and plastics the remaining 40 % will be transformed into an “organic material” originating from paper, cardboard and food scraps.

The recyclable materials are packaged and sold to the markets. Utilizing the SANCIFLEX method, the organic material is transformed into an energy rich material which is re-used in one of three ways, depending on the specific needs of our customers;

As a major source of export, in the form of briquettes.
In the form of biogas or biogas fuel.
To produce local heat or electricity, with briquettes or biogas as the fuel source.

The SANCIFLEX facility will be operational within 14-18 months from the signing of the contract to commencement of the operation, assuming local laws and requirements are in order. Erecting more than one facility at the same location reduces the overall initiation time period required.
